Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes I do! In order to keep International shipping at a low cost, international orders come with limited tracking, and do not include insurance unless you purchase that separately.
What are the shipping options for domestic orders?
USPS First Class Package and USPS Priority Mail. For the winter holidays I offer USPS Priority Mail Express. If you wish to purchase insurance please add the Package Insurance item into your cart!
If you wish to receive your package in a much more timely manner, please choose the express options when checking out. However, I cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time.
What are the shipping options for orders placed outside of the US?
All international packages will be shipped through USPS. The cheapest option I can offer international customers is Global Post (LIMITED TRACKING). Orders that are 12oz and under in weight will be able to choose this option. These packages are sent in large envelopes/ flats. *The Limited Tracking option is not available in all countries.*
Any orders that weigh over 12oz will have the option of USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International. If you want to be able to track your order at ease, please choose either of these options.
If you wish to receive your package in a much more timely manner, please choose the express options when checking out. However, I cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time.

What is the "Global Post (LIMITED TRACKING)" option?
For international packages I offer a cheaper option that cannot always be traced once it leaves United States. A tracking number is given however it is not guaranteed to be traced all the way to delivery to your country. You can try to use the given tracking number HERE if the tracking has not moved on the USPS website.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please give me 2 to 5 days to process orders and send them to the post office. I pack orders on Monday's and Thursday's and try my best to drop off packages at the post on Tuesday's and Friday's. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Pre-Orders will ship out once those items are in stock. This can take approximately 4-8 weeks to arrive to the shop. If you purchase pre-orders along with items that are in stock, your package will be shipped out once pre-orders are ready.
If you do not want to wait, please purchase your items separately.
What if my package is lost?
Please contact USPS customer service at 1-800-275-8777. Once packages are handed over to USPS, this issue will be on their hands. Usually they will investigate and help you find your lost or delayed package.
Keep in mind if you are an international customer, check the tracking info in your local post as well. USPS will not always update once it reaches your country.
I am not responsible for lost packages once they have been handed over to the post office. If you wish to insure your package, please purchase carrier insurance.
Can you please set the custom declaration value to $XXX and send as "gift"?
I'm sorry, but I cannot do that. It is considered illegal and I will not be held responsible. You are responsible for paying your country's VAT. If insurance was purchased for the package and the package was lost or damaged during transit, full value of the order cannot be claimed if the custom declaration value was set to your convince. Customs will be set to "merchandise" and correspond to the same value of the items purchased in the shop.
Returns
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Items are inspected prior to shipment. I do not accept returns or exchanges, however if there are any problems with your order feel free to contact me. There will be no replacements, returns, or refunds. All orders are FINAL. When purchasing your items you agree and understand my grading system.

Is it possible to cancel my order and get a refund?
Refunds are only applicable if your order has not been shipped out. There will be a 24-hour grace period from the time your place your order, for you to cancel. To cancel your order, please email me with your name, email address, and order number. If your order has not been shipped after the grace period, please email me and I will process your cancellation and refund.
If changes need to be made, please make sure you get an email out to me in a timely manner!
I received the wrong items, what can you do for me?
Oh no, I'm so sorry! Please send me an email with your name, order number, address, and an image of the contents you received. Once this information has been received and confirmed, I will do my best to send out the correct items.
Pin Quality
What is the grading system?
**Standard Grade:**Meant to be worn! Standard grades are the best of the batch for a particular design. If there is a minor imperfection that is across the majority of the batch, that will be considered part of the standard grade for that design/batch. Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections that can be seen under close inspection such as :
✦ Tiny stray glitter specs
✦ Superficial tiny bubble/ pores in enamel or epoxy coating
✦ Imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin
✦ Faint to minor scuffs/ scratches to enamel and metal surfaces
✦ Superficial paint drops/ spreading into other enamel/ very slight discoloration
✦ Some minor to unnoticeable specs/ dust
✦ Slight low/ over fills in minor areas
✦ Minor scratches to screen print details
✦ Slightly wiggly/ slanted posts
✦ Other imperfections that are only visible upon extremely close-up inspection and/or when light hits the pin at a specific angle.
**Seconds Grade:**For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types noted above, or :
✦ Peeling or missing enamel
✦ Slight tarnishing or missing metal plating
✦ Incorrect enamel coloring
✦ Extremely wiggly or bent posts
✦ Unexpected problems
I do not offer Collector's Grade. Remember that these pins are hand-made and not every pin will be perfect! Flaws vary between each pin and will be chosen at random when purchased.
When purchasing any pin, you agree to accept them as is, according to the grading system.
Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your device.
Can you choose me a better standard or second grade pin?
Such a request cannot be promised. I inspect my pins according to the grading system listed above. I try my best to give out standard grades free of flaws, however there is no such thing as a perfect pin as I do not offer collector's grade. Second grade pins are chosen at random. Remember, when purchasing from my shop, you agree to the grading policy that has been laid down.
Resin Charm Quality
What is a B-Grade piece?
Resin items that have been marked as "B-Grade" are considered flawed pieces. Flaws are listed under the item. Most resin pieces are free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections. B-Grade pieces have many noticeable flaws that can be seen under close inspection such as :
✦ Deep scratches
✦ Large dust particles
✦ High amount of micro-bubbles
✦ Tacky surfaces
✦ Surface damages
Pre-Orders and Discount Codes
Why won't my discount code work?
Some discount or promo codes will not work with certain products and sales. If there is an occurring promotion, please view the banner on the homepage. There, you will find more information on any details and restrictions of the sale and discount codes.
What are necessary pre-orders?
Necessary pre-order slots need to be filled 100% for the pin to be put into production. If these pre-orders cannot meet its funding goal, pins cannot be made and all orders made will be cancelled and refunded.
Why are pre-orders sold out?
Some pre-order listings are limited in slots. Once slots have been filled, customers will not be able to place an order until the pins are officially in stock.
Restocks
Will you be restocking XXX ?
I will most likely not be restocking any pins. Dear Kisaragi pin runs are almost always limited.
